Who the hell is this new yet bad addition to Basketball Wives? Wack ass weave wearing Tami Roman and just why did they add her to the show you may be asking yourself? Cause I know I am, VH1 apparently wanted to add a more psychotic addition to the cast other than the oh so feisty water throwing Evelyn Lozada for Basketball Wives Season 2. The show premiered last night and if you missed it, wow you need to see it to know just what I'm talking about.
But, waaay before BBW "Tami Akbar" was a model from Mount Vernon NY, and the "crazy black bitch" on the Real World Season 1 who you may recall whoopin on one of her male cast mates during the show. After the Real World ended she was offered a Vee-Jaying gig with the network MTV. Tami also stared in a few C movies attaining some but not many credits under her belt as an actress with a couple guest appearances on the hit show "Girl Friends." Now we only know her as the loud mouth, broke, disrespectful and I'll mention it again because it was that bad! Tore up weave wearing ex-wife of retired ball player Kenny Anderson. From the previews of what's to come this season is about to be the hottest of messes (in a good way) because just like you I do enjoy watching people make asses of themselves and she is sure not to disappoint in that area. Do me a favor, if you see her around the way slide her my info. Tell her I said, "Let me whip yo hair please, Hell I'll do it for free!" I ain't playin y'all and you know this Man!
During her introduction to the show we learn that after 6yrs of marriage, her divorce from Kenny Anderson in 2001 left her broke and otherwise penniless (Can you say bulletproof prenup?! Damn shame!) She has had to use food stamps to care for her two daughters age 14 and 16. Also, in between caring for her two teenagers and fighting with her ex over who's the wrongest, she manages to get into it with damn near every other cast member of Basketball wives, can you say this heffa got problems? We are not only excited but we can't hardly wait for her and the other ladies especially Royce to make yet a fool of themselves again!!
