Since the first satellite photos of Earth on August 14, 1959 things have evolved a little. A little more I would say, as you would be shocked to see a comparison between the photos here and the first ones ever taken from space. Since then, though, NASA has found a lot of beautiful places on Earth that many of us have never seen. From what I�ve seen in these great satellite pictures, the deltas look simply awesome. Also, the frosty places like mountains, fjords or glaciers have a dreamy look that looks almost photoshopped.
