The 2011 53rd Annual Grammy Awards had a very exciting, eventful red carpet filled with fashion and all the celeb's you could possibly imagine.�

Rihanna in Jean-Paul Gauitier, this dress was flirtatious and sexy fitting this Pop beauty to �'T.' The hair WOW we love, love, love the simple elegant shiny healthy looking hair and the color too!

Monica Brown, the newlywed was solo at the Grammy's but we could spot that ring a few miles away, Mrs. Brown looked stunning in her all black Stephanie Rolland gown and the hair and make-up was flawless as well.

Janelle Monae wore her signature men's suit to the ceremony and she looked good in it once again, however, somethings got to give we wanna see a switch up of some sort be it the hair or the clothes either one is fine.
