Trying to stay Skinny in Texas

wanted to share my new Tattoo with ya'll. I have been affected to greatly by cancer this year by all these precious children I decided to get a tattoo in their honor.
Im probably going to get another one as well . I had wanted another tattoo on my other foot for a long time. But wanted something meaningful , or was going to get a mirror image of the one on my left foot ( that's my lap band tattoo , cherry blossoms ) So a bunch of us who were involved in Cheyenne's Day of Hope Benefit went and got tattoos .
Fight like a girl was Cheyenne's moto and she use to say Cancer Sux ( instead of Sucks! )

Mine is the one on the Left . Brittney's is one the Right .

My husband who never ever wanted a tattoo is in his life got one . His is the one on the right. Brittney's husband's is on the left !

Photo Blog: Hanging At The Tattoo Shop

got my first tattoo when I was 15, and since then, I’ve spent countless hours in a chair, listening to the ongoing buzz of a tattoo machine carving into my skin.
Recently, I went to hang out with some of the artists at A Million Tattoos here in Austin, Texas. These guys are super cool, and super talented. Thanks to Jason Masarik and Shane Watkins for letting me drop in whenever I want with my camera.
They’re having a grand re-opening this Sunday, the 25th. There will be give-aways, raffles, and an all around good time, so come out, meet the artists, hang out with me, and have a beer.
Here’s the link to their Facebook invite: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=114662875222413

Star of Texas Tattoo Art Revival

Happy New Year!  2010 is upon us and another year of car-shows begins.  This year we’re kicking off the season right down the street at the Palmer Events Center for the Star of Texas Tattoo Art Revival.  Definitely not a car show, but certainly a great time.  Our good friend Marcy puts on this tattoo and art show every year and always is sure to include a few custom cars.  The art is great, the cars are slick, and the people watching is world-class.  See you there?
